Brandon F. Shamim is a dynamic award-winning strategist, executive coach, author and creator of YourSuccessID®. Having cultivated his talents in corporate, government and educational settings; he transforms high purpose achievers to pursue bold actions aligned with their vision and values. 

For over two decades, global organizations have relied on Brandon to unleash performance and innovation for in person, virtual and distributed teams.  As an adjunct professor, he has taught at top private and public universities from undergraduate, graduate to executive education. 

Impacting thousands, he served as a National Trainer/Executive Coach for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in conjunction with Babson College (#1 Entrepreneurship MBA) helping businesses accelerate their decision-making skills and align their mission and vision. Now, through Founders First Capital, he helps transform diverse founder-led business for the nation's leading online  accelerator-shaping growth strategies for a wide collection of businesses.  

Taking joy in collaborating with aspiring leaders to seasoned pros; his learning and development approach blends multiple disciplines and cross-industry expertise from strategic thinking, storytelling, and leadership development to produce uncompromising results. He created and launched a 10 week leadership certificate program for over 250+ mid to senior leaders in the City of Los Angeles.  

Having impacted over 10,000+ audiences; he is a sought-after keynote speaker, retreat facilitator, and commentator with appearances on CNN, NPR, Inc. Magazine, and leading podcasts.

Drawing upon his versatile experiences; he has been an appointed LA City Commissioner, and served on boards of nonprofits such as Habitat for Humanity, Tournament of Roses Foundation, PBS SoCal and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, among others.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management; Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California; Executive Education from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and Lean Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. He is author of several thought leading articles, an avid reader and self-proclaimed foodie.
